Welcome to Otago Rentals.

Over the past six years we have attempted to restore some of Dunedin's beautiful old buildings and make them comfortable for contemporary living.
We have been thrilled with the results.
It is testament to the skill and dedication of the original builders and architects that over 100 years later these buildings still provide wonderful spaces to live in.

In all cases the properties are furnished with quality chattels and up to the minute appliances.

Some properties are suitable for couples and some only for singles. Most tenancies are for 12 month periods.
